I have decided to release my latest album first on Bandcamp in acknowledgement that my most passionate and helpful supporters are there; not on the stealing platforms (Spotify, etc). This one is a special recording from my first self-produced concert in Mumbai. It was an intimate concert at Harkat Studios and features tabla wiz Rakshanand Panchal. Your purchase of the digital album fuels this musician. Rest assured, I am not spinning wheels or checking boxes; I am hard at work honing my sound, innovating and offering most of the my music to the world for free.
What's particularly exciting here for me is to share a recent recording of the Peacock; my "greatest hit." I've been performing this song for years now and it has taken on a life of its own. Check out this recording for a rainbow peacock ragamala; cycling through different ragas while maintaining the melody.
